We’re often taught to see the body as separate systems—mental, physical, hormonal. But in doing so, we miss why we feel the way we do.
Every thought, emotion, and sensation has a biological response happening at the same time.
It doesn’t come from one place—it comes from many systems working together.
When we begin to understand how these systems interact, we can support ourselves in an entirely different way.
Seeing ourselves as connected instead of separate is one of the most powerful tools in creating space for healing.
Since graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2018, I have focused my practice on nervous system health and its impact on mental well-being.
I work with individuals navigating:
- Eating disorders and stress around food
- Anxiety, depression, and burnout
- PTSD, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation
Mental health is not limited to diagnosed conditions. It also includes physical contributors such as:
- Hormonal transitions (menstrual cycles, postpartum, perimenopause)
- Traumatic brain injuries, including concussions
These experiences can significantly impact the nervous system—and in turn, how we feel emotionally and mentally.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in both physical and emotional care.
Additional training includes:
- Acupuncture
- IV therapy
- Counselling
- Trauma-informed practice
- Reiki
- Certified doula training
I continue to deepen my understanding of how the body and mind work together, so I can support both physical and emotional health in a meaningful way.
I work to create a space where you can better understand what’s happening in your body—and feel supported through it.
Because healing isn’t about pushing through. It’s about learning how to support yourself in a way that actually works.
I’m here to support you—wherever you are in your health journey.
